About Callie Seymour

I am an award-winning consultant and communicator with a passion for innovation and change. I was a political consultant for 6 years, serving as the principal consultant for advocacy groups, ballot initiative campaigns, and candidates ranging from local city councilors to Members of Parliament. I worked with my clients to rapidly build campaign organizations (strategy, funding, hiring) and led up to 20 strategic communication campaigns at a time. Since completing my MS in Innovation, Creativity, and Leadership, finishing at the top of my class, I’ve had the opportunity to support clients in innovation and change globally. My clients have ranged from a big-name global retail company to tech companies, museums, and academic organizations. I uncover human-centered insights and translate them into solution ideas, culture change, and learning programs. I have conducted global qualitative and quantitative research projects across 4 continents for big-name brands, led ideation workshops in a number of industries, and executed culture change initiatives. My consulting is heavily grounded in my research and communications background, allowing me to provide insight- and data-driven solutions, ideas, and results, and to successfully deliver those innovations in organizations and markets.
