My journey to becoming an Associate Renewal Account Manager began while I was a physical therapy technician. As a tech, I learned to build rapport quickly with patients from all backgrounds. Many patients are vulnerable and in varying levels of pain when they first start physical therapy, so I learned the art of de-escalation over time.I took a leap of faith and took a job as a Sales Development Representative. I worked on generating new business, developing pipeline, and working strategically with my Account Executives. I loved being able to interact with prospects across all industries and quickly learned the art of conversation and negotiation.This journey leads us to my current position as an Associate Renewal Account Manager at Rapid7. I highly value customer relationship management and being able to provide solutions for clients at time of renewal.
