An activator by nature, my inability to sit still and passion for building out and fine tuning big picture ideas has afforded me some pretty amazing professional experiences. I often found myself working for start ups and small businesses (think like, teams of 3 people). I quickly learned that if I did not do the work— it wouldn’t get done. No matter how small the task it always came back to being of monumental importance to achieving our next steps. Forever the wearer of many hats, I accepted the challenges of taking on various roles in business development, operations, supply chain and product development, gaining cross-functional experience in a variety of departments. I met the best of colleagues and came away with a passion for problem solving and scaling businesses.Through my business, I get to watch brands and their teams succeed with my professional guidance. Continuously improving and learning from each other along the way. I look forward to all the experiences yet to come!
