   Launched an SMS channel through HIBU which is a local digital marketing software for small businesses-+9% Average Order Value. Obviously you know that this refers to the amount a customer spends while making an order via the CCRS website. So this 9% refers to a metric of growth in business (specifically warehousing)- This onboard training program was a new initiative I oversaw this summer to recruit a younger staff and get a more youthful engagement. Essentially I worked with three other local Milwaukee college students to figure out how to recruit more labor movers for long periods of time. The four of us came up with a pretty unique idea that we hope to implement within the next year. This involves a partnership with Cristo Reys Jesuit High School- RFM- RFM analysis is a marketing technique used to quantitatively rank and group customers based on the recency, frequency and monetary total of their recent transactions to identify the best customers and perform targeted marketing campaigns. We used this marketing technique so to speak to target bigger companies such as Children’s hospital, Froedtert, Wisconsin Luthern College, UW Madison - Basket-type analysis is a data technique to increase sales by better understanding customer patterns- Lifecycle analysis- this is a methodology for assessing environmental impacts associated with a commercial product.
