I came up through operations and services before moving into product, which means I\'ve sat on the other side of the software I now help build. That background shapes how I work — I listen first, stay curious, and try to make sure every voice in the room gets heard before decisions get made.Over the last several years at Paycom and now at Restaurant365, I\'ve owned roadmaps and agile teams across HRTech, payroll, and restaurant management SaaS. I\'m comfortable with ambiguity, willing to adjust when new information changes the picture, and focused on keeping teams aligned without making things harder than they need to be.At the end of the day, my north star is simple: build products people actually want to use — ones that respect their time, reduce friction, and make the unglamorous parts of their job a little less painful.

   Restaurant tech is a complex space — operators are busy, workflows are messy, and the margin for a confusing product experience is basically zero. My role here sits at the intersection of the business and the build: one day I\'m working through roadmap priorities with stakeholders, the next I\'m deep in requirements with engineering and design.I try to keep both sides of that equation honest — making sure what we ship is grounded in real user needs and that the teams building it have what they need to do their best work.
