That’s why I became an engineer, because I have the chance do that every single day.”As founding partner, Callie serves as a Sr. Vice President of MBCO Engineering LLC, a firm created by a group of individuals who love engineering solutions. MBCO Engineering LLC is a woman-owned firm that operates under the foundation that infrastructure systems should be designed and operated with a single purpose; to serve the people who use them. Callie has a strong background in large diameter infrastructure, program management and design; from conceptualization through design to construction. Callie has completed various water and wastewater projects in the greater Houston area including planning and design projects dealing with water supply and distribution, treatment and reuse. Her 17 years of experience with these firms results in an ability to create a greater return on investment as well as provide exceptional engineering design and management. Her expertise in the water resources area also includes program management, project management and administration with hands-on solutions to provide the ultimate in service. Her experience includes working with TxDOT, Harris County Flood Control District, Harris County Public Infrastructure Dept, San Antonio Water System, METRO, and Cities of Houston, Galveston, Missouri City, Sugar Land and Pearland.Callie holds a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from the Texas Tech University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois and Colorado. She is an active member and volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, is a board member of HESS Club,a founding board member of the Greater 288 Partnership, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
