Official queer employee network of the Lufthansa Group - on the ground and in the air. One of the diversity dimensions is sexual diversity. An important step is the foundation of the Lufthansa Group-wide queer network \"Diversifly\". It stands for acceptance and appreciation and for a working environment in which all employees can develop their talents without fear of discrimination, regardless of their sexual orientation and identity. Working together in a spirit of appreciation is firmly anchored in the Lufthansa Group’s diversity management.The Lufthansa Group also supports the UN Global queer Standards of Conduct for Business as an expression of its responsibility to promote the human rights of queer employees.

Ever since I was a little boy, I dreamed I would do something important in aviation.” — Neil Armstrong I’m Calli – a passionate moderator, proud Lufthanseat and a true “Kölsche Jung” at heart. Whether it’s an award show, a corporate conference, or even a wedding ceremony: for me, it’s always about connecting people, bringing stories to life, and creating moments that truly resonate. In my professional life, I’ve been working with the Lufthansa Group for many years – as a Senior Manager, change & communications professional, and as one of the two main speakers of our queer employee network Diversifly. Along the way, I’ve learned one key thing: communication is at its most powerful when it touches people. That’s what I live by – in everyday interactions, at the office, and especially on stage. What defines me as a moderator- Energy & presence: I bring energy to the room – whether it’s 11 people or a large audience- Flexibility & spontaneity: From improvised questions to unexpected tech glitches – I keep it cool. Et es wie et es – it is what it is- Humor & authenticity: Cologne humor meets solid preparation. Born in Münsterland, a proud Rhinelander by choice- Professionalism: From gala stages to international conferences – I provide structure, timing, and ease.
