Who am I?I am a person who enjoys puzzles and the everyday intricacies and challenges of life that may result, first in curiosity, then frustration, followed by the satisfaction of solutions. What am I currently working on?I currently manage Partnerships for a Brooklyn based running company. When I’m not focusing on how to create a better experience for our partners, I am immersed in event planning, execution, and race directing. What is my background?I spent 6 years in the fashion industry analyzing lifestyle, market, and social trends to design new products for companies ranging from small boutiques to major national retailers. A highlight from these years was my time spent as co-lead of the Go-Green Sustainability Employee Resource Group at Macy’s. Transferable skills:As a designer, I developed a variety of transferable skills within a diverse array of business models, sizes and processes. While not encompassing all of the valuable skills learned, some of the most important are creative problem solving, effective communication, leadership, and empathy.‍ What brings me joy outside of my professional life? Movement keeps me focused and happy. You can find me running (preferably near a National Park!), hiking, or dancing at a music venue. Curiosity is a constant motivator and leads me to podcasts, books, and new experiences where I continue to learn and explore. Eventually, everything connects.
