As an Account Coordinator at Designer Brands, I manage the relationships and operations with key accounts in the fashion industry, ensuring customer satisfaction, product quality, and timely delivery. I collaborate with mainline, production, credit, and receiving teams to coordinate customer orders using my tech-savvy and analytical skills.I have over 15+ years of diverse and dynamic experience in the retail and fashion industry, ranging from; account coordination with top tier vendors at Designer Brands, product development and licensing at Concept One accessories, sales operations at VELVET, start-up brand management at LERET LERET, personal styling at Nordstrom Trunk Club, high end celebrity styling at The Wall Group and more prior to my NYC experience. I have a keen eye for trends, aesthetics, and customer needs as I have worked with these prestigious brands and creatively with NYFW events, such as Monse, Noon by Noir, and Prabal Gurung.I earned a Bachelor\'s of Arts degree with a major in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount University. I attended two years at Drexel University with rigorous credentials in the Fashion Merchandising field. I continue to learn through professional experience the fundamentals of fashion business, logistics, and merchandising. I am passionate about fashion and its impact on the environment, culture, society and I strive to create positive and lasting impressions with my work.
