I’m a commercially driven leader with a strong passion for communication, relationship-building, and delivering results. My background spans sales across multiple channels—from early customer-facing roles to working strategically with both inbound and outbound sales. Over time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how trust, structure, and clear communication drive performance. Between 2020–2023, I worked with Elgiganten within Commercial Services, where I helped scale sales to their highest levels to date and contributed to reshaping the commercial approach across the Nordics. As Nordic Team Lead, I lead our partners biggest European field team in partnership with a major retailer, where we tripled sales compared to the previous provider. We also played a key role in securing a retail contract valued at over $200M and influenced how field operations are executed across Europe.
