About Callan Jackson
Callan Jackson is a partner in Potter Anderson & Corroon\'s Corporate Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, representing clients in complex commercial litigation, breach of contract litigation, and busted deal cases. Callan also has extensive experience representing clients in fiduciary derivative litigation, as well as contested director elections, dissolution proceedings, and advising demand committees. Callan is a member of her firm’s Recruiting Committee. She is involved with the Delaware State Bar Association, serving as chair of the Young Lawyers Section in 2023.
