I started my career in construction at 17, completing my apprenticeship with Briggs & Forrester and developing my experience from site level through to estimating and quantity surveying.Since then, I have gained extensive experience across multiple sectors, supporting main contractors, builders, subcontractors including M&E, groundworks and brickwork specialists, as well as developers, private clients and industry professionals.Having started and run my own consulting businesses, I understand the commercial pressures projects face and the importance of accurate pricing and practical advice.I now head up Quant & Cost Ltd, providing estimating and quantity surveying services focused on clear cost management, strong procurement and delivering commercially successful projects.
