Designed waterproof concrete and organized testing requirements for approval by NYCDOT. Executed change orders and other various financial deliverables to client. Negotiated and managed various subcontracts and subcontractors. Superintendent (1/2013—2/2015) Managed over $8 million in temporary supporting for stringers, floorbeams, bents and a $4 million bearing replacements operation finishing 8% under budget. Supervised iron workers in bridge deck replacement and steel repairs. Managed the installation of temporary support for replacing the Franklin Square Bridge super structure over Pearl Street in lower Manhattan. Supervised iron workers in bridge suspender replacement emergency repairs at the Williamsburg Bridge. Estimated jobs, projected costs, profits, timelines, materials, labor, and subcontractors’ scope. Managed various subcontractors to ensure scope of work and safety.
