Helped with the production of custom pieces for projects using skills such as woodworking and electronic fabrication. Created custom graphics for clients and for different internal projects. Managed the activation onsite being the representative for SBX ensuring a seamless and smooth execution of agreed deliverables, troubleshooting, making decisions, and resolving any issues as they came up for out-of-state activations lasting up to 2 weeks. Trained and supervised contracted brand ambassadors on how to use and interact with experience and the end-user. Managed web-based online media sharing platform and microsite for each managed event. Provided clients with wrap-up reports featuring usage and social media sharing analytics from activation.
