At Gallagher I work as a Senior Client Manager where I manage and consult on employee benefits for our prospects and existing clients. My passion for creating an environment where there\'s no question that can\'t be asked or strategic idea that can\'t be explored fits into our already amazing team of driven individuals. I take pride in representing our clients with excellence and rolling up my sleeves to get the hard work done that makes our relationships different in the marketplace. As an account executive at Healthcare Highways, I helped health systems and self-funded employers gain leverage over large national payers by reintroducing competition into the local marketplace. I used my marketing and customer service skills to create and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and brokers, and to communicate the value proposition and differentiation of our high-performance networks. Before joining Healthcare Highways, I spent over three years at Life.Church, where I held various roles in the benefits team, including team leader and director of benefits. I was responsible for strategically identifying and modeling the heart of the organization in its employee benefits package, which invested in the physical, mental, and financial health of over 950 employees. I also led and supported multiple projects and initiatives that enhanced the benefits administration, communication, and compliance processes. I am passionate about employee benefits and innovating in the healthcare industry to offer quality care for the patient and massive savings for the employer. I have a bachelor\'s degree in business administration, majoring in marketing, from Oklahoma State University, and I have multiple certifications and awards in the benefits field. I am also an INFP personality type, with strengths in strategic, adaptability, maximizer, intellection, and input. I lead with courage and vulnerability, and I foster a healthy team environment that inspires employees to achieve their potential.
