As Client Coordinator Supervisor and Lead, I managed a team that provides direct support for our Client Relationship Managers and both internal and external customers. Our goal is efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. I was responsible for training and Leadership Development on my team. As our Brand Council representative, I was responsible for maintaining our company culture through employee engagement and recognition programs, and act as a liaison between the local division and our corporate headquarters. Notable Highlights: Voted MVP of the Quarter for Aug-October 2014, 2018 and 2020 and Q1 2022 for the Reno Division. Reno Division Salesforce Super User, Insider Ambassador, Ernest Brand Council Member, and Safety Committee. In 2021 I cross-trained in our Merchandising/Purchasing department to assist with vendor quoting, expediting, and identifying areas to improve communications within the various departments.
