I have over 6.5 years of experience in real estate, sales and team management, both as a broker and a growth partner, working closely with the company\'s CEO and executives.I outreach directly to prospective agents who fit our ideal persona, using various methods such as cold-calls, text, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and integrated marketing campaigns. I articulate our value proposition and objection handle to create qualified opportunities in my market.
