Pioneered and commercialised a new behaviour change offer that helps leaders deliver transformation ROI. Other key achievements include leading the largest ERP Oracle implementation in South Africa, turning around both the distribution and customer services function for Cadbury South Africa, and a community services provider, within the UK. Broad Consulting Experience: Expertise in leadership, talent, culture, change management, supply chain, risk and controls, ERP, CRM, and business turnaround. Strong Commercial Acumen: Skilled in authoring multi-million-pound business cases, responding to proposals, and managing complex transformations and more recently being part of the account management team for some of EY’s global 360 accounts.
