Act as a sitting member of the Rubrik DEI Council as co-lead of Prism, Rubrik\'s LGBTQIA+ Employee Community. I focus on organizing events, enabling recruiting to source more queer candidates, and helping shape external messaging on diversity, equity, and inclusion positioning- Strategize Rubrik\'s organic presence on key social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube- Manage Rubrik\'s corporate social media team, including FTE, full-time contractor, and interns- Lead social media strategy for key business moments; for example, the acquisition of Laminar, financial milestones ($500m ARR), and new board members/company leaders- Launched and continue Rubrik\'s first company-wide employee advocacy program enabling Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Talent Acquisition, and all other departments to share Rubrik\'s unique data security message- Develop a custom social media strategy for Rubrik executives and execute their unique messaging and positioning related to their particular interests and areas of expertise- Manage relationships with 3rd-party agencies, freelancers, consultants, and contractors to partner on strategy, copywriting, reporting, and content delivery- Partner with various internal stakeholders in Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Marketing, Talent Acquisition/Employer Brand, Events, Campaigns, Internal Communications, PR, Analyst Relations, and more to promote various content forms and report back on the success of those initiatives- Run the Rubrik blog program, managing SEO reviews, editorial reviews, legal reviews, and partnering with our web marketing team to optimize our blog site to generate top-of-funnel marketing engagement.
