I’m a senior workplace advisor at Gallup, partnering with healthcare leaders to improve organizational performance through strengths-based, engagement-driven strategies. I work closely with executive teams to translate Gallup’s research into practical actions that improve engagement, retention, safety, quality, and patient experience.My work spans both strategic advisory and business development, including shaping growth strategies, scoping enterprise-wide solutions, and building long-term client partnerships aligned to organizational priorities and performance goals. I’ve supported multiple organizations recognized with Gallup’s Exceptional Workplace Award for sustained excellence in employee and organizational performance.Within Gallup, I play a leadership role across the healthcare portfolio, collaborating with research, consulting, and product teams to ensure our solutions reflect the evolving realities of healthcare systems. I’m a member of Gallup’s Excellence Council and a mentor to new associates.Outside of work, you can find me enjoying the outdoors on a walk with my partner and our two dogs, getting a class in on the Peloton, cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
