Maintain and manage Microsoft Active Directory Objects, GPOs- ADUC • Manage annual software budgets, service renewals, projected yearly budget of Company IT needs. • SOX Control Owner: Processed quarterly SOX auditing procedures. • Detailing Disaster Recovery plans, performing quarterly restores tests and Bi-Annual DR Certifications • Server and Storage Installation, Dell PowerEdge R730 & Dell SC4020 Compellent • VMware Migration from ESXI hosts to new ESXI Hosts • Migrating physical servers to VMWare virtual environment. • Responsible for providing support and maintenance for equipment and users within the facility. • Provide Helpdesk support for end-user technical issues. • Network segmentation: ensure PCs, Printers, Shop floor machinery are segmented into their own networks. • Provide maintenance and implementation of equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize production downtime. • Providing up-to-date access to relevant software per customer requirements. Ensure backup of critical data with readily available restoration. • Maintain and provide network access for shop floor machinery and users. • Regulate user access to strict security guidelines and monitor needed access per SOX requirements. • Administer internal phone extensions and physical connections – Avaya Phone Systems. • Manage Solidworks/Catia, Autodesk, OneCNC software licensing, versions and installations and various other CAD/CAM platforms. • Connect Shop floor machinery to network, ensure it meets company policy • Create, manage, and deploy standardized system images of workstations and shop machinery • Manage ERP user access, utilizing proper SOX mandated processes and matrices to create or disable user access. • Maintain VMWare virtualization platforms • Manage and maintain DR systems - Veeam • Participate in security audits. Work with Cybersecurity team to resolve any discrepancies discovered. • Engage in active problem management to identify service delivery issues
