About Caleb Lee
Caleb Lee is currently a junior at Stuyvesant High School (Class of 2027) in New York City, United States.He has been nominated to Co-Chair the first-ever United Nations Conference on the Participation of Underaged Children and Youth in the Multilateral System, which is set to be held in July 2026.Since April 2025, he has emerged as one of the youngest and most influential youth voices at the United Nations. In his capacity as the UN Representative of the Youth Publications and Socioeconomic Forum, Caleb has opened doors for nearly a hundred of his peers to participate alongside him in various UN processes, giving them the freedom and privilege to advocate for and present their own work in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Beyond the United Nations, Caleb has interned with numerous government offices, corporations, and nonprofits, contributing to initiatives in partnerships, philanthropy, sustainability, and community engagement. Because of his experience working within these spaces, Caleb has been able to build and launch partnerships that expand access to internships and professional opportunities for New York City–based high school students, fostering meaningful collaborations between students and leading organizations across sectors. As the Managing Partner of the City Youth Network, he leads collaborations with dozens of governments, corporations, and nonprofits—including educational institutions, advocacy groups, government offices, financial firms, law firms, media and entertainment organizations, real estate developers, professional associations, and international institutions. He also develops youth engagement strategies for political campaigns and supports families navigating the NYC public and independent high school admissions process.Caleb plans to major in Political Science and International Relations in college, with aspirations to pursue a career in the U.S. Foreign Service.

Leads a New York–based youth delegation of over 100 students at the United Nations. Serves as one of the youngest observers and negotiators in multilateral processes, including UNGA, ECOSOC, HLPF, INC Tax Convention, BBNJ (High Seas Treaty), and the Middle East Nuclear-Free Zone Conference. Organizes youth-focused diplomatic events with Member States, agencies, the NYC Mayor’s Office, foundations, and fellow civil society organizations. Conducted bilateral and high-level meetings with senior global leaders, including key UN officials, Heads of State and Governments, Ministers, and Ambassadors representing over half of UN Member States. Advised governments on youth engagement and policy recommendations under the Youth, Peace, and Security agenda (UNSCR 2250), including consultations with Madagascar’s Minister of Population and Solidarity during the General Assembly amid nationwide youth-led unrest. Represented the work of YPSF and youth perspectives in international media; featured on Madagascar TV, and official UN, UNDP, and UN Peacebuilding social media platforms. Secured institutional partnerships with the International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries (ITTLLDC) to establish their Youth Advisory Board and Youth Advisory Delegation Programme. Served in an unofficial capacity as a youth advisor and strategic partner to the Permanent Mission of Senegal, collaborating closely with the Deputy Permanent Representative. Co-hosted youth engagement events and participated in bilateral meetings in preparation for the 2026 UN Water Conference. Joined official portions of the Senegalese President and Foreign Minister’s program during the 80th General Assembly, including high-level commemorations and intergovernmental meetings.
