   I\'ve joined Overjet as a Principal Technical Recruiter. Overjet builds FDA-cleared dental AI already deployed across dental practices and dental insurance providers in the US, covering 120M+ people. These models run in live clinical and claims workflows every day and are already driving real-world outcomes. I\'m focused on continuing to build out the engineering team in our San Mateo office (hybrid, 2 days/week), starting with a small number of senior roles with the opportunity to have outsized impact- Staff Engineer (Agentic AI, 0 => 1): Own a greenfield agentic product end-to-end (architecture, core systems, and delivery), with real customers already lined up. You’ll work directly with users, ship to production quickly, and see immediate feedback. You own the architecture and the outcomes. No research theater, no internal platform churn, no fundraising treadmill, just crafting, building and shipping something real and watching it get used- Staff ML Engineer: Product ML across CV + LLMs, owning the full lifecycle: data → training → deployment → scale. Real constraints. Real accountability.This is a place where small teams ship to production, see results in the real world, and own the downstream consequences.Alongside improving patient experience, dentist workflows, and insurance operations, we’re building what’s next — moving from AI that improves lives to AI that can save them.The company is at an inflection point: the platform is proven, distribution is real, and the engineering challenges we’re solving now will have disproportionate impact on the business + every person who visits a dentist.
