   I strategize, execute, and own all operations, P&L, transportation, and customer service functions, while guiding a team of 300+(drivers, customer service representatives, site leaders, and warehouse team members) at 20 distribution centers across the country. Create staffing plans and roadmaps to right-size workforce through needs assessment and data analysis. Streamline processes and reduce waste. I joined the company at the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic and immediately strategized initiatives to increase accountability, meet the business goals, and ensure team alignment via remote communication. I spearheaded the operations and customer service integration for 2021 strategic acquisition of the company’s primary competitor. Optimized network and processes, converted ERP, WMS, CRM, and phone systems across 8 sites, and built buy-in through training, communication, and change management. I developed and implemented a continuous improvement culture within the organization. Launched new KPI’s and visual management tools for enhanced visibility at all sites. I slashed operations spend and renegotiated freight agreements. I also reduced labor expenses by 17% YoY, operating expenses by 11% YoY, and freight by 12%. I renegotiated parcel and LTL carrier agreements. Optimized private fleet operations and right sized expenses. 2021 savings exceeded $1.5M.
