I\'m a product design leader with a technical edge, focused on building scalable tools for startups, most recently in HRIS, payroll, and AI-powered workflow automation.Over the past decade, I have helped early-stage and growth-stage companies design and scale complex internal platforms, often from the ground up. At Seso, I led design for a suite of workforce tools in agriculture, helped grow the customer base by 30×, and scaled the design team while maintaining a high bar for quality. I\'ve also worked on tools that improved operational efficiency, driving measurable margin gains.I bring a mix of hands-on design, strategic product thinking, and enough frontend experience to prototype and ship on my own. On the side, I\'m building Loud, a music discovery app, as a passion project and a way to stay close to code and explore modern frameworks.Whether building systems, mentoring designers, or collaborating with engineers and product leads, I care most about creating tools that are thoughtful, resilient, and genuinely useful.
