My responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Analyze CRM and loyalty campaign performance by introducing and tracking KPIs to measure success and drive ongoing improvements.•Build dashboards and streamline reporting processes to reduce manual work and enhance access to consumer insights.•Evaluate customer lifecycle programs by defining loyalty metrics, assessing business impact, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.•Optimize our Treat Drop campaigns through data-driven insights, including A/B testing and control groups to improve targeting and offer performance.•Deliver actionable consumer insights through deep-dive analyses that inform business strategies and support stakeholder decision-making.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with broader business and consumer goals.•Leverage tools like SQL, Power BI, and Databricks to manage and visualize large datasets effectively.•Champion process automation and reporting efficiency to support agile, insight-driven decision-making across the Digital team.
