Balance and reconcile all financial transactions that occurred during the day. This includes room charges, restaurant bills, and other guest-related expenses. Prepare various financial reports to provide accurate and up-to-date information for management purposes. Keeping the team up to date about departmental, hotel and company activities through daily communications including financial feedback, customer feedback, SALT reports, taking appropriate actions for improvement. Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs ensuring a smooth process. Imputing data related to guest registrations, Payments, and other transactions into the hotel’s computer system. Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, close out the day’s transactions, and prepare for the next day business. Keep accurate records of all activities, transactions, and incidents that occur during the night. Handling guest complaints and issues that may occur during the night and striving to resolve them to the guest optimum satisfaction and escalating them to higher management when necessary. Reporting any maintenance issues, and any other guest-related issues that may arise during the Night to the appropriate channel. Providing exceptional customer service to all our guests and visitors.
