I help people and organizations prove their purpose. I assist teams in working together effectively and accelerate adoption of digital transformation strategies. I do this by helping people tell their stories through data. What I care about most is making meaningful, 1:1 connections with people. I\'m at my best when I can serve as a creative innovator and galvanizer of the best ideas. I love actively listening to people and help them socratically define their problems. I\'m endlessly curious. Professionally, I serve as an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Resultant.I\'ve worked with small technology firms, non-profits, and City/County & State Departments. While they seem different, they all have people and people who can tell stories. Fun facts: I\'ve been hit by 2 golf balls within 5-minutes of each other. I listen to too many podcasts. I will always be a Packers fan.
