About Caleb B. Yarbrough
Hi, I’m Caleb! I’m a second-year Master of Health Administration (MHA) student at the University of Georgia, graduating in May 2026. I’m passionate about hospital operations, physician recruitment, and process improvement, and I recently had the opportunity to complete an internship with St. Mary’s Medical Group. There, I worked on projects that strengthened provider recruitment efforts, supported ambulatory operations, and improved workflows to enhance both patient and provider experiences. I also contributed to assisting my preceptor in recruiting physicians for two new practices and gained experience with the process of opening a new practice, including business licensing, signage, walkthroughs with physicians, and many of the operational details that go into successfully launching a new practice. My background also includes experiences in corporate health and HR across different healthcare organizations. These roles gave me a broad perspective on healthcare delivery and sharpened my skills in stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.I’m currently looking to connect with healthcare leaders and organizations as I pursue an administrative fellowship or entry into a hospital or medical group setting. My goal is to contribute to operational excellence while driving patient-centered care and innovative solutions. If you’re passionate about healthcare improvement or open to sharing insights from your journey, I’d love to connect!
