   TSMO Program Manager, implementing 21 regionally-adopted strategic actions. I administer more than a dozen Metro-funded partner projects carried out by community-based organizations, cities, counties, TriMet, Portland State University and Oregon Department of Transportation.Committee organizer, facilitating TransPort, subcommittee of the region’s transportation policy process. I work to achieve consensus on Bylaws, long-term work plans, criteria for funding decisions and concepts of operations (ConOps).Project manager of the 2021 TSMO Strategy, Interstate-84 Multimodal Integrated Corridor Management Deployment Plan and many other Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects.Regional Planner applying policies developed through community input and discussion by elected leaders. I plan for the long-range and near-term needs of a growing region, considering cultural, behavioral, economic, demographic and technological changes. I wrote the TSMO policy section of the 2023 Regional Transportation Plan and developed guidance for TDM and TSMO System Completeness for the ODOT-Metro Regional Mobility Policy update.
