ABOUT CALEB WINDER

Caleb is a managing director at MemorialCare Innovation Fund, where he sources, leads, and manages investments in venture-stage startups developing innovative solutions for healthcare systems and provider organizations. He has over 20 years of experience in life science and healthcare investing, finance, and operations, with a focus on digital health, diagnostics, and medical devices.He is also a co-founder and managing director of Excel Venture Management, a multi-stage venture capital firm. He plays an instrumental role in structuring deals, working with management teams, forming strategic partnerships, developing commercialization strategies, and engineering exits. He currently serves as a board member or observer at Amenities, Babyscripts, Censinet, ClearDATA, Foldax, InfoBionic, Protenus, and was formerly at Silvercloud Health (sold to Amwell: AMWL), Phynd (sold to Symplr), Twistle (sold to Health Catalyst: HCAT), ShapeUp (sold to VirginPulse), Cleveland Heartlab (sold to Quest: DGX), and several othersHe holds an MBA from Babson College, magna cum laude, where he was a Babson Fellow in the Center for Technology Enterprise, and a BA in Biology with a minor in Economics from Colby College.
