I help corporate executives and their teams improve performance and retention. Several years ago, the CEO of the company I worked for called me to congratulate me on winning the award for the top producer. As he started to talk through plans for flying me out and celebrating my achievements, and future with the company, I interjected and told him I was quitting. Even though I had just come off my best season of sales, and made more money than I ever had in my life, I was BURNT OUT and my success wasn\'t sustainable. After receiving coaching from some of the top experts in the world, and personal experimentation, I\'ve been able to transform my life and dramatically increase my productivity.
