As a Concession Stand Attendant, I play a key role in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests in a high-volume food service environment. On average, our stand processes over in daily sales, serving a diverse and consistent customer base during events, games, and peak seasonal hours.My responsibilities include efficiently operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to manage customer transactions, ensure proper cash and card payment handling, and maintain accurate sales records. I regularly take customer orders with speed and accuracy, suggestively sell menu items, and manage multiple orders at once while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.I am also responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages quickly and safely in compliance with health and safety guidelines. This includes restocking items, rotating inventory in freezers and coolers, and maintaining proper food storage procedures to ensure freshness and avoid waste. I assist with daily restocking and organizing frozen and refrigerated inventory, ensuring the stand remains fully supplied throughout operations.In addition to front-line service, I help with general upkeep of the concession area by performing regular cleaning duties, restocking utensils, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.Working in a fast-paced team environment has strengthened my multitasking skills, customer communication, and attention to detail. I am proud to contribute to efficient operations and a positive guest experience while meeting or exceeding sales and service goals.
