Over 40 years of work experience in electronic design and engineering management. Managed the engineering of in-house space flight remote sensing instruments at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Led the engineering developments of instruments in the areas of mass spectrometers, microwave radiometers, LIDAR, InfraRed, and Electron/Ion Sensors and ISS Avionics.
