I have more than 20 years of experience in Metrology, having started as a General Manager in 2005 and advanced to my current role in 2023.My passion for calibration stems from my military background, where I served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and received extensive training in electronics and calibration. I apply the skills and values that I learned in the military, such as leadership, teamwork, excellence, and discipline, to my work in the calibration field. I enjoy working with my team to provide high-quality calibration services, improve manufacturing processes, and solve complex problems using root cause analysis.
