Responsibilities•Coordinate with GIS stakeholders from cities, counties, and Indian communities to maintain an uninterrupted NG 9-1-1 data supply chain for critical datasets (RCLs, SSAPs, ESBs, PSAP Boundaries).•Ensure statewide 9-1-1 data adheres to NENA standards and requirements for use in NGCS (Next Generation Core Services) and ECRF (Emergency Call Routing Function).•Support stakeholders in the effective use of state-provided validation and aggregation tools, troubleshooting and training as needed.•Design and implement efficient internal workflows to enhance data quality and reduce manual effort through automation (Python, JavaScript, Zapier).•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) with Tableau and ArcGIS Dashboards to track statewide data quality and operational performance.•Align statewide GIS datasets with OSP addressing data via the LDB (Location Database) and MSAG (Master Street Address Guide) to ensure accurate call routing.•Stay current with evolving standards and technologies through active participation in professional organizations (NENA, APCO, AGIC, NSGIC).Accomplishments•Engineered a Python-driven end-to-end automation workflow that consolidated multiple semi-manual processes into a single, streamlined pipeline. The workflow exports statewide 9-1-1 data, runs QA/QC checks, applies enhancements, updates public-facing data products (vector tiles, feature services, downloadable datasets, geocoder), and prepares files for SI updates—saving significant staff time and improving reliability.•Designed automated notification workflows that trigger email and SMS alerts when critical forms are submitted, ensuring rapid response and escalation.•Developed a Python-based ArcGIS Enterprise database compression script that executes daily compressions to prevent performance issues. Integrated reporting through Zapier to distribute daily summaries (errors, runtime, compression results), enabling proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
