I partner closely with legal, brokers, third-party administrators, and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure programs are compliant, clearly communicated, and operationally sound. My work includes maintaining employee-facing benefits platforms, developing new hire and enrollment materials, supporting wellness and wellbeing initiatives, and translating complex regulations into practical guidance for employees and leaders.Earlier in my career, I led contingent workforce operations, recruiting programs, and MSP/VMS environments, managing large worker populations, compliance processes, and cross-functional coordination. That experience strengthened my skills in data reporting, process improvement, stakeholder management, and scalable program delivery, all of which I now apply within Total Rewards.I’m known for being collaborative, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with the ability to connect HR operations to broader business strategy.
