ABOUT CALEB FARLEY

I am currently in my final year of a psychology PhD at Utah State University, working as a pediatric behavioral health clinician at the renowned community of Boys Town, Nebraska, under direction of the Nebraska Internship Consortium in Professional Psychology. I provide outpatient therapy to youth, teenagers, and families in residential outpatient, traditional outpatient, pediatric primary care, and the DBT team. My clinical interests center on helping teenagers with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and behavior problems. I also provide consultation for the Boys Town Residential Home Program and Boys Town High School. I collaborate with their chemical use program, assessment program, psychiatry, and inpatient services. I view all my professional interactions through the lens of clinical behavior analysis, emphasizing mindfulness-based intervention and motivational interviewing. My broader professional interests center on quality and accessible behavioral health services for all families. I am working on multiple research studies that are validating screeners and brief interventions to improve the wellbeing of a family system. I\'ve taught courses related to these topics as a graduate student professor. I also conduct trainings on acceptance and commitment therapy for school psychologists and pediatric behavioral health providers.With my doctoral graduation soon approaching, I am looking for post-doctoral employment that will foster opportunity to treat families, teach, supervise emerging clinicians, and progress my research.
