My name is Caleb Dodd and I am the Manager and also the evening Head Coach here at Iron Tribe Fitness Montgomery. Here at Iron Tribe we are dedicated to creating fitness communities that change lives and that is exactly what is happening here in Montgomery, Alabama. Many fitness programs use cardio, weight lifting or body weight movements, so that’s not what makes us different.What separates us from everyone else are the 3 C’s Iron Tribe is built on. First is the Coaching: We have full time coaches devoted to one thing: Helping every athlete experience a transformation. With two coaches in every class, it will feel like you’re getting personal training in the context of the group. Their aim is to ensure that you stay safe while pushing yourself farther than you can alone. Do you see how this environment could get more results than a typical gym environment? Second is the Culture: We are a Tribe of Athletes with a common bond; becoming the best version of ourselves. It’s not about who’s the best in the gym, it’s about you being your best, everyday. The coaches and athletes hold you accountable and our program is built around progressive intensity and sustainability. Third is our Class Structure: Each 45 minute workout is programmed by a team of expert coaches. You can expect the same level of excellence in every class, at every gym, across the country. We deliver a consistent experience in every class and it begins In our 101 introductory program. The 101 prepares you to enter regular classes, so we don’t throw you to the wolves. In these 12 sessions, you’ll learn our fundamental movements, receive lectures about what it means to be fit and how to fuel your bod through proper nutrition. You’ll start with other beginners, build relationships and see great results in just 4 weeks!
