About Caleb Coleman

Caleb is a native of Madison County, Mississippi. He received his B.B.A. degree in Managerial Finance with emphasis in Investment Analysis from the University of Mississippi. He served as the Vice President of the Financier’s Club in the School of Business. Caleb graduated Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he was awarded the Christopher P. Charlton Law Memorial Scholarship. While in law school, he was one of seven students receiving the “Best Lawyer” Award, a faculty award recognizing professionalism and the attributes held by successful lawyers. He was also named a “Top Negotiator” in the negotiation competition held as part of the Contract Drafting and Negotiations class. He received two “Outstanding Student” awards for achieving the highest grade in the class in Contract Drafting and Negotiations and the Child Advocacy Clinic, a top 20 clinical program in the United States. He worked with Professor Deborah H. Bell as an editor of the Third Edition Supplement to her well-known family law treatise “Bell on Mississippi Family Law,” which is widely used by chancellors and family law practitioners. He was a staff editor for the Journal of Space Law, the world’s oldest space law journal, and was one of sixteen students in the United States selected to serve as an inaugural Legal Fellow for the National Space Society. He was also active in the Pro Bono Initiative and was the recipient of the Community Engagement Service Award. Caleb also served as a management consultant, professional equity trader, and investor with 10 years of experience in finance and investments. He specialized in equities and options, volatility trading, and volatility derivatives. He utilized both technical and fundamental analysis to establish intraday and short term equity positions to both drive growth and analyze risk strategies that maximize profits and minimize downside risk.
