I believe that high-quality care begins with well-supported, well-trained behavior technicians. That’s why training, mentoring, and retaining RBTs is not just important to me.it’s central to my mission. I strive to create systems and supports that uplift practitioners and, in turn, enhance outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.I’m also deeply engaged in the broader science of behavior analysis. From organizational behavior management and experimental analysis to research and education, I’m energized by the many ways our field can advance, deepen its impact, and expand into new areas of application. My goal is to strengthen ABA through thoughtful advocacy and accessible education, bridging the gap between science and practice.
