ABOUT CALE ROBERT HALL
As a faculty mentor at California Southern University since April 2023, I support doctoral students in business administration with their academic and professional development. I create a positive and productive learning environment for my students and colleagues. I leverage my data analysis skills from the General Assembly to help them conduct rigorous and relevant research.I bring over 36 years of experience in marketing and business leadership to my role as an educator. I am the president and CEO of Creative Approach, a printing and graphic design company, and the vice president of FPE Inc, a nightclub and entertainment company. I have built and maintained strong relationships with executives of small- and mid-cap companies in various industries and won multiple awards for my business achievements. I have a DBA in marketing, a certificate in leadership from Stanford, and a certificate in educational leadership from Harvard. My mission is to share my knowledge and skills with the next generation of business leaders and to open doors for them that are otherwise left unopened.
