Hi! I’m Ceilidh (or Cale), a 25 year old with a B.A. in Public Relations & Strategic Communication from American University’s School of Communication. I am proficient with tools such as MuckRack, Cision, and Meltwater, and am also well-versed in various forms of PR writing, including but not limited to: press releases, media alerts, pitches, media lists and audits, press clippings, media calendars, and more. Additionally, I am accomplished in social media strategy, with experience with content creation and influencer campaigns.🤝 I have ≈ 3 years of professional experience in the consumer public relations industry, working primarily in the lifestyle and CPG sectors.
