Provides factory support (operators, equipment) and training to ensure processes and equipment are available to meet production schedules. • Demonstrates the ability to create and edit complex engineering and process equipment software (G-Code/M-Code) on the Pulse YAG/Fiber Machine to fully produce welds to specification and related requirements. • Attends necessary training classes to strengthen skills to ensure FM & T stays current with welding equipment and process technology. • Performs metallurgical failure analysis of welding component and prepared technical reports to document process. • Statistically analyzes product/process data and product designs in order to implement improvements to achieve cost savings and performance specifications. • Conducts Six Sigma and Lean project to determine the best method to establish sharp focus for LBW. New Employee Experience Team (N.E.X.T.)
