More than 30 years of continuous teaching and administration experience in Higher Education (in Business Administration). Has taught Management (mostly OB and OT) and International Business at both undergraduate and graduate (MBA, M.Sc, and Ph.D.) levels. Was a visiting scholar at UT-Austin between 1994 and 1995.Has authored and/or edited 9 books, and more than 100 refereed articles in English & Portuguese (including 7 awarded papers). Has more than 25 years of professional experience, working for Brazilian and Multinationals in several industries, ranging from Manufacturing, to Management Consulting and Higher Education. As an executive and consultant, had extensive expertise in Organizational Design and transformation and Human Resources. Proven skills in commanding complex HR operations, including HR transformation, post merger integration, and business restructuring and redesign. Equally proficient in Portuguese, Spanish and English, having lived / worked in several countries, for 20 years.Intense international experience abroad, mostly Latin America and US, having lived and/or worked internationally for more than 20 years.
