I help define and shape the direction of digital audience development in The Post and Courier newsroom. I manage our visuals, audience development and features teams in addition to overseeing digital best practices across all markets that deepen our impact in the community.Reporting to The Post and Courier\'s Executive Editor, I communicate, train and hold staff accountable for improvements to best practices and procedures. Additionally, I recruit, hire and develop staff for the above mentioned teams. I am data-informed and work with analytics to inform our digital strategies, setting goals and communicating progress towards meeting those goals. I also work across multiple teams, including marketing, sales and product, to make improvements to our news offerings.
