I have been involved in the management, leasing and development of commercial real estate assets for over 30 years. Primarily with the Colonnade Group of affiliated Companies, I have been directly involved and overseen the acquisition and development of suburban office campuses, multi-tenant office parks and large format retail centres throughout the greater Ottawa and eastern Ontario markets. And most recently our ownership group has invested in the local hotel industry and successfully opened the new Hyatt Place Ottawa West at 300 Moodie Drive. This 140 room hotel offers some of the most innovative and sustainable building design elements from \"earth energy\" heating/cooling, solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations and reduced use of plastics in all our offerings.
