In my current position, I define, communicate, and protect key brand characteristics, guiding brand strategy, and leading tactical implementation to ensure continuous brand development, sales, and profit growth. My passion has been just this as I have overseen marketing for a large manufacturing corporation located in Marion, Wisconsin. Through my role, I’ve leveraged industry knowledge to effectively lead the Fire and Emergency sales process managing the dealer network and internal seals team. I’ve seen growth and opportunities that have come from taking risks and putting the right people in the right roles. As a former Future 15 Young Professional Award winner, I have learned that I am motivated to impact my team, co-workers, customers, and the community through leadership and the unique perspectives that I have seen along the way.
