Responsible for the precise execution of demand response dispatches. This involves navigating the intricacies of grid operator and utility programs to ensure an efficient and streamlined experience for our valued customers while optimizing their participation in demand response programs. Additionally, I oversee dispatch processes, address potential issues, and maintain seamless operation, focusing on continuous improvement. I gather and analyze valuable insights, using this information as a critical resource to guide our efforts in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations. • Excel in executing demand response dispatches across grid operator and utility programs in various regions, such as ERCOT, MISO, and SPP markets. • Maintain and write dispatch program procedures for demand response asset participation in capacity and auxiliary service markets which include the following service territories: AESO, CAISO, SMUD, SPP, MISO, PJM, NYISO, ERCOT. • Track and assist in the coordination of customer program readiness milestones which includes new and existing customer participants. Milestones include internal/external communication campaigns, internal/external site registrations, metering and visibility, and dispatch verification tests. • Capture valuable lessons learned from each dispatch, tracking, and addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly. • Maintain and improve reporting tools and conduct ad hoc analysis projects, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets, Python, and SQL. • Develop new methods for tracking and remedying customer performance reviews to increase resolution rates and increase customer performance.
