Primary Responsibility: • Manage 7X24X365 physical plant operations in support of semiconductor manufacturing facility of approximately 1M sq. ft. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • HVAC Systems • Ultra-Pure Water Systems • Industrial Waste Treatment Systems • Toxic Gas Monitoring • Fire Alarm System Monitoring • Environmental Compliance Systems • Water Reclaim Systems • Maintenance of all systems listed above Additional Responsibilities: • Responsible for 26 member team, including all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Performance Management • Manage multiple department expense budgets • Coordination and negotiation of outsource service contracts for maintenance • Facilitate Lean and Kaizen events • Develop long and short term plans for CAPEX expenditures • Invest in best technology to ensure reliability and performance of systems • Project oversight of capital investments for replacement/upgrade of end of life plant infrastructure
